Who we are
Elevated Web is a website design and software development studio based in Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. This policy covers elevated-web.com and its subpages. For any question about this policy or your information, contact elevatedweb00@gmail.com or +248 2738913.
What we collect
We only collect information in two ways:
- The contact form. When you submit it, we receive your name, email address, business name (if given), budget range, and message. This is sent through Formspree, a third-party form service, and lands in our inbox — we use it only to reply to your inquiry.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see general traffic patterns — pages visited, rough location, device type. This data is aggregated and not tied to your name or contact details.
Cookies & local storage
Google Analytics sets standard analytics cookies to distinguish visitors. Separately, this site remembers your light/dark mode choice using your browser's local storage — that preference stays on your device only and is never sent to us.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of outside services to run this site, each with its own privacy policy:
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions.
- Google Analytics — traffic and usage statistics.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or, if we go on to work together, for the life of the project and standard record-keeping afterward. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email elevatedweb00@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly — no account or portal required.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
